Nestled deep in the lush jungle at the base of a volcano, this resort offers a truly unforgettable experience. The setting alone is breathtaking, with nature all around, sounds of the forest, and views that make you stop and soak it all in. If we had known just how incredible this place would be, we absolutely would have planned to stay longer. The staff were exceptional—warm, caring, always smiling. We felt genuinely welcomed and pampered in a very natural, unpretentious way. It felt like we were truly special guests. There is so much to do in this region—from waterfall hikes to hot springs and wildlife watching. It's the perfect place to connect with nature and unwind in luxury. Honestly, this stay reminded me of the tranquility and beauty I’ve experienced in Andaz Bali and Thailand.
