This hotel is absolutely amazing, it is a little heaven. The bungalows are beautiful, the pool is magnificent and the hotel is very quiet as there are only a few bungalow. One of the best stay we had. The staff is extremely nice and professional. Highly recommend if you want to enjoy a peaceful and quiet time.

The accommodation is extremely well thought out, modern and clean. The breakfast every morning was delicious and different everyday with the chef even taking special care to cater for our picky teenagers. The staff were so amazing! They totally go out of their way to make sure you are happy and have everything you need! They upgraded us to an ocean front suite for free as soon as we arrived. The location is amazing, right on the beach to enjoy the beautiful water of Playa Hermosa. There are a couple of restaurants and shops just up the street. The atmosphere is so calm and peaceful. Truly pura vida. Thank you so much to the staff for all your hard work and for taking care of us during our time there! It was a wonderful last couple days to relax before heading home.

We stayed at Destino for one night and really liked it! The place is surrounded by nature, and on a clear, sunny day, you can see three volcanoes. One of the coolest features of the rooms is that one of the walls is made of natural rock, giving you the feeling of being in a cave - yet everything is modern and well-built. The hosts were very welcoming too. Liz sent us lots of great recommendations for things to do in the area. You can also enjoy an outdoor bath with hot thermal water that comes straight from the ground. The highlight of the property is the cold river, which you can reach within a few minutes. In the Costa Rican heat, swimming in that fresh, flowing water was absolutely amazing. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking to immerse themselves in nature and quiet, while still staying in a comfortable and thoughtfully designed house.
