All of them eager to help and provide 5 stars services! Special mention for Lucie that was very supportive and gave us good hints! Spa area - not very crowded and quite keeping in mind the specific of the hotel-adults only. Food and restaurant atmosphere - extraordinary, deserving the 5 stars 🤩 Weak points - a liitle bit farway of Karlovy Vary and with nothing to do around. At the end weak points could be an advantage to have a quite and relaxing holidays. All the best!

The Carlsbad Plaza is a luxury Medical Spa & Wellness hotel located in the quiet ambience of the spa zone of Karlovy Vary. The renowned Spring Colonnade is 600 meters away. The breakfast was excellent , delicious and incredible. The location was the best we’ve ever been.

Grandhotel Pupp is an impressive hotel with a tradition dating back to 1701, located in the historical center of Karlovy Vary, 300 meters from the spa colonnade. Everything went so perfectly that I wish we had stayed longer in Karlovy Vary. The city itself is beautiful and the hotel is magical. The staff was great, the restaurant and bar were great as well. and to top it off, a very comfortable bedroom.

Falkensteiner Spa Resort Marianske Lazne is located in the heart of Mariánske Lázně, featuring 4 outdoor and indoor pools, sauna area and fitness centre. Everything! Awesome staff, location, food, pools, sauna. A peaceful and relaxing environment. I would definitely come back

Featuring a spa centre and free WiFi, Luxury Spa Hotel Olympic Palace, which was opened in August 2015, offers luxury accommodation in Karlovy Vary. This hotel was absolutely amazing. From the staff, to the room, to the amazing saunas and pool. We booked a last minute deal, so we scored a top level luxury room for less than an average room. We had a balcony that overlooked the city. Every time we went to the sauna, no one was there. We had it all to ourselves. The staff was very friendly and always willing to help. The breakfasts were incredible and had more than enough for every guest to choose from.

The hotel is located in a quiet green area a bit outside Marienbad, next to a cable car and a miniature park. The building has a long and interesting history from the Austro-Hungarian Empire times, perfectly renovated and well-maintained. A tailor-made approach provided to every guest - starting from the General manager to the bellboy. Excellent service and food quality during the breakfasts and dinners, fresh juices and champagne. Special gratitude to Frau Olena at the restaurant - a friendly and extremely attentive and helpful lady. Comfortable sauna area (though for extra payment). We will definitely come back!

The modern Harvey Spa Hotel is located close to the central forest park of the spa town Františkovy Lázně, 900 metres from the Train Station. Nice hotel. Pity that arrived late and didn't stay for long. Nice stuff.
