The staff is friendly and helpful and always ready to assist. The room is very clean. The garden of the hotel is amazing The breakfast is extremely good and varied, tasty and is good for gluten free. The SPA facilities are extremely excellent and the treatments are very good. I truly recommend on this great hotel. Thanks alot Zach and Tovit

Grandhotel Pupp is an impressive hotel with a tradition dating back to 1701, located in the historical center of Karlovy Vary, 300 meters from the spa colonnade. Absolutely everything. One of the most incredible hotel in Czech Republic.

Falkensteiner Spa Resort Marianske Lazne is located in the heart of Mariánske Lázně, featuring 4 outdoor and indoor pools, sauna area and fitness centre. The hotel was a bit expensive, but otherwise excellent. For a hotel the spa is fantastic, the room is very good, the restaurant is excellent. Excellent place for relaxation. Highly recommended.

Here's an improved version of the review: Our experience was truly memorable! From the moment we were picked up by a gentleman in a stylish suit, everything felt effortlessly classy. The ride to the motel was smooth, and upon arrival, we were greeted with a welcome drink—a delightful start that perfectly complemented the stunning architecture. The food was exceptional, with every dish thoughtfully prepared and bursting with flavour. The wait staff were outstanding—friendly, attentive, and eager to make our experience enjoyable. Their warm personalities and professionalism truly stood out. However, there were a few hiccups. The general manager seemed a bit disorganized, asking me the same question twice within 20 minutes and making a few errors during dinner service. While this didn’t overshadow the overall experience, it was noticeable. Special thanks to Anna, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Her friendly demeanor and dedication to excellent service made a lasting impression. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I look forward to returning soon!

The excellent and very personalized service, the well varied breakfast and the spacious and very comfortable room together with a perfect sauna experience and massage made our trip quite memorable.

The modern Harvey Spa Hotel is located close to the central forest park of the spa town Františkovy Lázně, 900 metres from the Train Station. Great location, very attentive staff, good value for a winter break. Comfortable bed and very effective curtains. Interesting town with plenty of green spaces and interesting buildings. Lots of running routes.

Built in the early 1900s, Hotel Imperial is a well-known landmark in Karlovy Vary. Its award-winning spa centre offers an indoor pool, and the restaurant hosts cooking shows. Lack of sun beds outside. This would be an additional service!
