Excellent quality of services whether on the hotel side (quality of food, facilities, housekeeping ..) or the medical side and special thanks for Dr Elena for her perfect consultation, care and best treatment also Michaela at infusion she is very professional and well mannered. Over all I had a perfect stay I really enjoyed it and will definitely repeat next April

The modern Harvey Spa Hotel is located close to the central forest park of the spa town Františkovy Lázně, 900 metres from the Train Station. Wonderful and comfortable room. Great breakfast. I enjoyed the beautiful saunas every afternoon.

Built in the early 1900s, Hotel Imperial is a well-known landmark in Karlovy Vary. Its award-winning spa centre offers an indoor pool, and the restaurant hosts cooking shows. All was very well only swimming pool was small for such a big hotel and only one sauna. Funicular from hotel to city was very good transportation downhill and uphill.

The location, food and facilities were all fabulous! The room was elegantly decorated and well appointed with a double closet, coat rack, umbrellas, heated towel rack, robes, slippers... Everything you need is at your fingertips. The breakfast buffet offered lots of options, both hot and cold, and included custom made omelettes. All of the food was fresh and delicious! We loved soaking in the Roman Baths and taking saunas in the evening.

Relax, unwind and reinvigorate at this exclusive resort with extensive spa and wellness facilities. The Hotel and the Staff was amazing. The food was great as well and I enjoyed my stay there very much. I also used the Spa treatments and I was able to relax.
