The staff is friendly and helpful and always ready to assist. The room is very clean. The garden of the hotel is amazing The breakfast is extremely good and varied, tasty and is good for gluten free. The SPA facilities are extremely excellent and the treatments are very good. I truly recommend on this great hotel. Thanks alot Zach and Tovit

Falkensteiner Spa Resort Marianske Lazne is located in the heart of Mariánske Lázně, featuring 4 outdoor and indoor pools, sauna area and fitness centre. The hotel was a bit expensive, but otherwise excellent. For a hotel the spa is fantastic, the room is very good, the restaurant is excellent. Excellent place for relaxation. Highly recommended.

The location, food and facilities were all fabulous! The room was elegantly decorated and well appointed with a double closet, coat rack, umbrellas, heated towel rack, robes, slippers... Everything you need is at your fingertips. The breakfast buffet offered lots of options, both hot and cold, and included custom made omelettes. All of the food was fresh and delicious! We loved soaking in the Roman Baths and taking saunas in the evening.

Building is an old stylish castle that was well refurbished. Restaurants very stylish, including breakfast place - spotless table sheets. Loved the mineral water springs in the hotel where you can take the best water freely. Very strong spa facilities - we took the floating tank, mineral water pool also available. Manicure by Tatiana was the best I ever had 😊
