This was our second time at this property and it’s just superb! Exceptionally clean, large, spacious apartment, toddler friendly! Located near park with play ground, walking distance to city center. Quiet location. Kind and professional host.

Absolutely superb in every way

The hotel is located in town and it was easy to park at the back. The room was very comfortable and exceptionally clean. The restaurant was fantastic, we had dinner and breakfast and they were both superb. If you are in this town eat here it was the best food we had on our 2 week drive through Europe. Also all the staff were fantastic, extremely kind and helpful and even spoke English!

This was by far the best hotel experience during our 2 weeks travel, which includes SAS Radisson and several other hotels in Germany and Sweden. This little Czech hotel offers way better services and facilities compared to the others. Why? You have large size windows which you can open to get fresh air. This seems to vanish from modern hotels. The room is great and you have lots of space. Parking is very easy, the location is superb. Staff is very friendly. I will definitely return! I recommend it very much if you travel with pets.

We had the “small” appartment and it was really spacious. Nice, clean, the kitchen well equipped. It is handy that you can choose an option with or without breakfast. The outside is superb, huge garden, well kept, possibility to have a BBQ.

this hotel was a convenient base of operations in the vastly overrated town of Telc ( only one decent restaurant ,the Zamek closed for restoration and the main church locked). it was more like spending a night with friends to stay here. an old building had been ingeniously restored, the feel was of a family dwelling. the beds were extremely comfortable. the bathroom was luxurious

This is top quality accommodation. Beautifully renovated in a modern classic style and furnishings but retaining elements of the original character of the building. Supremely comfortable, we stayed 2 nights but would be great for a longer stay. Everything feels new and works. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful with information on the area. There is a garden room for warm weather dining and appertifs. Parking is behind a secure gate. There is secure bike storage so next time we will bring bikes as the area is great for cycling.
