This is an exceptional hotel. The service and care is like no other. I would like to thank the staff for making it a memorable stay. The room was fabulous, large in size, had a bath and the l'occitane products were a lovely touch. The house keeping was excellent and care and thought went into every detail. I had views out the back onto the pool area. Breakfast was delicious with alot of choice and included an omlette stand. I would like to thank Fernando for taking care of me during breakfast time. The hotel has a beautiful foyer with alot of seating, fabulous decor and a grand piano.. My spa experience was wonderful. I really enjoyed using the facilities, especially the outside hot tub.

I forgot a jacket in the wardrobe, in our room. When we returned from lunch to check out, it was amoung our things!

Mariscal Sucre International Airport is 44 km away. Great breakfasts! Highly recommend doing the included breakfast for a bit more. Rooms are comfortable, showers are great. Safe location with a lot of restaurants in very short walking distance.

The hospitality of Sra Lolita and her brother was fantastic. It felt like home, tucked away in these spectacular mountain surroundings. The home-cooked meals were all delicious, and so were the Pisco sours.

A beautiful hotel which is on the edge of Old Town.it’s very stylish and has large comfortable bedrooms which are immaculate and are very quiet at night. Breakfast is wonderful and with excellent choice and is served in the central area. The highlight however was the staff who are very helpful, friendly and professional. We ate every night on the roof terrace, which was beautiful overlooking the skyline of Quito. Ponchos and heaters were a lovely addition and the food was amazing! The service was exceptional, Dino in particular made our stay memorable! He managed to anticipate all our needs and we loved every minute of our stay. A truly amazing hotel!

This incredible colonial-style hotel is located in Quito's San Francisco square and boasts panoramic views of the historic center from its terrace. Quito´s Basilica is 8 minutes driving. Casa Gangotena offers guests free American breakfast and free Wi-Fi. I had a wonderful stay. The room was very clean, well equipped, decorated with taste. The service was discreet and perfect. Hotel ideally located. Will be back for sure! the breakfast was very nice and the service was perfect. The barmen were great. The concierge very helpful. The security men and doormen were very welcoming and very professional.
