Beautiful bathroom too. And a great view from the balcony. Dinner and breakfast at the restaurant were both excellent and I enjoyed a great conversation with Mamá Hilda after dinner and in the morning too. There are quite a lot of activities available to do in Chugchilán. I would have enjoyed to stay 2 or 3 nights there just to relax instead of only an overnight stay during the Quilotoa Loop.

A beautiful hotel which is on the edge of Old Town.it’s very stylish and has large comfortable bedrooms which are immaculate and are very quiet at night. Breakfast is wonderful and with excellent choice and is served in the central area. The highlight however was the staff who are very helpful, friendly and professional. We ate every night on the roof terrace, which was beautiful overlooking the skyline of Quito. Ponchos and heaters were a lovely addition and the food was amazing! The service was exceptional, Dino in particular made our stay memorable! He managed to anticipate all our needs and we loved every minute of our stay. A truly amazing hotel!

Casa Gangotena offers guests free American breakfast and free Wi-Fi. I had a wonderful stay. The room was very clean, well equipped, decorated with taste. The service was discreet and perfect. Hotel ideally located. Will be back for sure! the breakfast was very nice and the service was perfect. The barmen were great. The concierge very helpful. The security men and doormen were very welcoming and very professional.
