A spa and wellness centre comprising a sauna, an outdoor swimming pool, a hot tub, as well as a terrace can be used by all guests. Amazing hotel. The view, nature, volcano… i have no words to describe. We ordered room with big panoramic window. You can lay in the room in front of the window and dream! Staff are so acomodating and friendly! Facilities are comfortable. Bed, pillows were so fantastic. Breakfast has no wide choice but it the same in all Equador. But food very delicious. Espessialy for dinner!

Very enchanting place inmidst the forest, surrounded by birds, flora and even a waterfall. The style the owners created is outstanding. Dinner was very good.

This is one of the best places I’ve stayed in a long time. The sheets make you feel like you’re on a five star cruise ship. And the staff could not be more pleasant and helpful. This is definitely where I would come back again. Toby was the best to make you feel at home

Superb central but quiet location and great buffet breakfast (one of the best we had in Ecuador), kind and attentive staff. The room came with a great view and a huge rooftop terrace (shared but rarely visited by others, since it's the only rooftop room). The hot tub is an excellent addition for a spa town like Baños.

Wonderful, peaceful location with a beautiful waterfall view. Oliver, the host, was so wonderful and kind throughout our visit. We especially appreciated that he accommodated my husband's gluten allergy at breakfast. The hotel was so unique, it felt like staying in a luxury tree house! Absolute best place in Banos!
