Funcionarios dos bares, restaurantes, limpeza, animadores..... sempre com um sorriso na cara e dispostos a tornar a nossa estadia ainda mais excepcional. Hotel muito bem decorado, quartos enormes, lindos e com todas as comodidades. Comida variada e de qualidade, 5 piscinas bastante grandes e uma praia (rochosa) espectacular com uma agua cristalina e quente como em poucos sitios. Resumindo: ficaria ca a viver!

We had an amazing experience at this beach hotel. The food eas absolotely fantastic - incredibly varied, fresh and delicious every single day. Whether you are into local specialitues or internațional cuisine, there is something for everyone. The staff were exceptionally professional, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. Theis attention to detail and warm hospitality made the stay even more enjoyable. I'll definitely come back.

JAZ Elite Riviera apresenta uma piscina exterior, jardim, um restaurante e bar em Marsa Alam. Apresentando serviço de quartos, este alojamento também dispõe de parque infantil. We had a very nice stay at the Jaz Elite Riviera. The staff is very friendly and helpful in all circumstances. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. We also enjoyed the food a lot. There is a large food buffet at breakfast, lunch and dinner times. However, also between these there are the possibilities to order food at a late breakfast and lunch at other restaurants at the pool and the beach. We prefer local food, but there is a great variability in joices and plenty of western food, but also some Arabic dishes to chose from. The beach is beautiful and plenty of sunbeads are available and there is even services for drinks delivered directly to you at the beach. We enjoyed our stay a lot!

Tenho que salientar a guest relacions do hotel a Sra Massaouda Mazni, uma profissional de excelência que ainda elevou a nossa estadia para outro nível, sempre preocupada e disposta a ajudar em tudo na nossa estadia incrível mesmo. Todos os funcionários foram muito prestáveis conosco mas gostava de salientar o Sr Alaa wahab, kamel, Azim, mohamed omar, zakarias, islam, hazem, mustafa, e o manager do restaurante mexicano, que estavam sempre atentos às nossas necessidades nos restaurantes e bares de praia. Muito obrigado a toda a equipa.

We did enjoy our one-week holiday to the fullest. Everything was perfect: - friendly and helpful staff (reception, room service, restaurants, bars, beach, entertainment) - spacious and clean rooms (as a family we even got two connecting rooms and our children got twin beds, which they did appreciate) - very clean common areas (staff is constantly cleaning the floor near the swimming pools and maintaining the green areas) - 5 huge swimming pools (+ 2 for young children) - does not feel crowded at all! - live qualitative shows every evening (great artists) - friendly and discreet entertainment team - last but not least great food offer in all the restaurants. We liked the fact that the hotel has a reasonable size and that it does not exceed two storeys. Thank you all at Jaz Elite Amara for making our stay memorable and enjoyable ;-)

Friendly team. We were given Kate check out without additional payment. Hotel is situated close to wake park. You can enjoy tricks from the window. Room service worked very quickly. Thanks for hospitality. Also we forgot items in a room, manager texted us and we came back. Thanks for attention!

I assure you, we were just like you, wondering if this place was worth all the hype it meets on social medias. We weren’t disappointed and I will even say, it exceeded the heights we were hoping for. A special thanks to Emad who never failed to smile once when I looked at him, and to Sara also. She was our French referent here and our candle in the dark when we felt confused or overwhelmed at times by the scale of this hotel. I’m not used to say this because I happen to enjoy traveling a lot and above all discover new places, but if I had to chose only one place I had to go back in my life, it would be there.

Gravity Hotel & Aqua Park Hurghada Families and Couples Only is set in Hurghada, 11 km from New Marina, and features a private beach area, 4 outdoor swimming pools and a fitness centre. The hotel makes good coffee everywhere, eat is very good, the staff is nice and helpful. They try to do everything for you to feel comfortable. I recommend visiting this hotel without a travel agency. From the cleaners to the manager, they will give you everything you ask for.
