The quality of the food is good and doesn't cause any problems even for European stomachs 😉 The hotel management can be very proud of their staff, they work very responsibly and are very committed and friendly even in stressful situations. All in all, the hotel exceeded my expectations!

Situated in Hurghada, 30 km from New Marina, JAZ Elite Asteria features accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a fitness centre and a garden. It was absolutely a wonderful stay in Jaz Elite Asteria, The atmosphere, the service, the food, the views, the pools everything was perfect. Ms Massouda is such a caring person, taking care of every single detail of our stay, she is taking hospitality to another level. Kids enjoyed the kids club facilities and activities. We needed a doctor for our little one and we could get it within few minutes. Everthing we needed was available at finger tips, We will come back for sure and enjoy it more

First of all, the hotel is quite large, featuring various pools and bars, yet it remains completely quiet. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. The in-room kettle, along with the selection of tea and Nescafé, is a nice touch. At the reception, Mr. Ziad was very helpful, offering general assistance and providing useful dinner suggestions. Mr. Mohamed was excellent when it came to making cocktails.

I would like to extend special thanks to Mrs. Eva, the Head of the Guest Relations Department, for her constant friendliness and invaluable assistance during my stay.
