I want to take a moment to commend Jailan as her quick action and dedication truly stood out. She should be incredibly proud of herself. She is a shining example of a brand ambassador. Having worked in the industry for many years, I can honestly say that what she did today exemplifies the highest standards of customer service—something every employee in this industry should aspire to. The food and room dine in is good and well priced.. and breakfast buffet is very good and managed despite crowdness.. The room is so nice.. we got upgraded from 2 rooms to one suit as a family.. the AC is wonderful and very cool in summer.. beds are very comfortable

All the rooms of the Helnan Palestine are spacious and offer luxurious furnishings. They feature oriental carpeting, hot drink facility and a satellite TV. Some rooms look out on the historic Montaza Palace. The experience at Helnan hotel Palace was truly exceptional. Staying at this hotel made us feel detached from the present, offering a tranquil haven of peace, serenity and a picturesque view. Our room was spacious, clean and with a balcony where we spend most of the time, the bed and pillows was comfortable too. The staff in the hotel were exceptional, they made sure we have the best view and comfort during our stay. We didn't get the chance to try their restaurants though. We'd surely stay again at this hotel on our next visit to Alexandria.
