I stayed at Cairo Crystal Hotel during my trip to Downtown Cairo and honestly, it exceeded every expectation I had! The place is absolutely beautiful,modern, elegant, super clean, and clearly very well taken care of. Everything feels fresh, new, and thoughtfully designed. The room was incredibly comfortable and smelled amazing all the time, there’s always this soft, pleasant fragrance that makes you instantly relaxed. It’s not just comfortable for the body but peaceful for the mind too. You can tell they really pay attention to small details that make guests feel at home. About the entrance: It’s not the most impressive part, but honestly, one of the best you’ll find in Downtown Cairo, and once you step inside, you completely forget about it. The hotel itself is a hidden gem, cozy, classy, and much more refined than anything else around. And I have to mention the staff, they were absolutely wonderful! Everyone was kind, welcoming, and genuinely cared about making sure I was comfortable. They went above and beyond to help with anything I needed and always greeted me with a smile. If you’re visiting Cairo and want a clean, comfortable, and luxurious stay in the heart of the city, this is definitely the place to be. I can’t recommend it enough!

I had an amazing experience at Akhnaton Pyramids View Hotel. The free airport pickup made my arrival easy and stress-free. The hotel is just a short walk from the Pyramids, with breathtaking views from the rooftop terrace. The rooms were clean and comfortable, breakfast was delicious and plentiful, and the staff were warm, friendly, and always ready to help — special thanks to Amr El Shoura, Fatima and Akeem for his great service. I also loved the authentic local neighborhood, the affordable tour packages, and the refreshing welcome drink (lemon mint is a must!). Since i was there for 4 nights, i enjoyed every services provided. i will visit again in December. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Cairo — great value, great people, and unforgettable views of the Pyramids!

The Waldorf Astoria Cairo Heliopolis is the ideal destination for business travel and leisure escape. Thanks a lot to Mr shereef in the reception, he was so kind, helpful and always smiling which made him very different from his other colleges who were professional but not kind as he was. Also I would like to mention the kind Mrs Asma who is the door lady for her helpfulness and kindness and she was always smiling.
