From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how genuinely friendly, helpful, and warm every staff member was. They truly made me feel at home. I had an issue with my luggage breaking, and two staff members (Sayed and Randa) were nice enough and took the time to fix it for me! That level of care and attention is so rare, making my stay feel extra special. The terrace was the perfect spot to relax or get some work done, with a peaceful atmosphere. My room was comfortable and stylish! A special thank you to Adham, Sayed, Randa, and Abd—your kindness made my visit truly memorable. The whole team went above and beyond in every way!
