Whether it was assisting with our room requests, giving us tips on the best activities, or simply checking in to ensure everything was going smoothly, Ash truly made our holiday exceptional. The resort itself is breathtaking, with beautiful views, luxurious amenities, and impeccable service throughout. Every detail was well thought out, from the pristine cleanliness of the rooms to the variety of dining options available. I recently stayed at Elisir SPA and Hotel and had a wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the service was impeccable. The front desk staff greeted me warmly and made the check-in process seamless. The lobby was elegantly designed, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The room I stayed in was spacious, clean, and well-appointed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities, including a large flat-screen TV, coffee maker, and minibar, made the stay even more enjoyable. The bathroom was pristine, featuring a walk-in shower with high-quality toiletries. The hotel’s restaurant offered a fantastic dining experience. I had dinner there one evening, and the food was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The breakfast buffet was equally impressive, with fresh fruits, pastries, and hot dishes. I also took advantage of the hotel’s fitness centre, which had a great selection of equipment. The location was perfect—conveniently close to popular tourist attractions and public transportation. Overall, Elisir SPA and Hotel exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area—the combination of excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and top-notch facilities made for a truly memorable stay.

Everything from the first day to the last at the hotel was wonderful. The food was very diverse, offering dishes that closely resembled Turkish flavors. The heated pool is perfect for families with children. The staff at the pool, lobby bar, and restaurant do their best to provide excellent service. They genuinely strive to ensure you leave happy. We would especially like to thank Ahmed Mahdy at the reception for his attention and care throughout our stay. With our large family of six, we had an amazing vacation. We will definitely come back again :)

I was welcomed like royalty at reception and Mr Mina, the manager, was really kind and helpful. The waiters at Royal restaurant were amazing! Always smiley and attentive to every detail. I would like to thank the bartenders Kareem and Ibre. The massage service was really good. I really enjoyed the massage station on the beach ( Sultana, Yasmina and Dalia took good care of me). The food was fresh, good quality and plentiful. The gardens were beautiful, so many flowers and birds. Mohammed from housekeeping ensured my room was always clean and tidy, he always asked me if everything was ok . Thank you!
