Located in Sotogrande, SO/ Sotogrande Spa & Golf Resort Hotel is a 5 star resort featuring a golf course with three 18-hole combinations, and several bars and restaurants. I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this resort. The rooms are beautiful,spacious, modern, and perfectly maintained, with everything you need for a relaxing holiday, including an amazing bed and a garden. The breakfast was outstanding, offering plenty of delicious options from an a la carte menu, while enjoying great views over the golf course and the sea. The food throughout the resort was consistently great, even though I did not have time to try It all. There’s a great variety to choose from for a light lunch in Society or dining options in the evening including the tapas in IXO BAR and dinner in Cortijo Restaurant. What really made the stay special, though, was the staff. Everyone we met was friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to help — from reception to the restaurants, they made us feel welcome every moment of our stay.

The rooms are very comfortable, we stayed in a Deluxe room, which has extra large beds, a spacious living room (which are daughter used as her bedroom), a very generous dressing/wardrobe space, two balconies. The restaurants serve excellent food (but are on the expensive side). The pools are large and well managed to provide adult only and family friendly spaces.

The rooms are kitted out with the most up to date furnishings. Moulton Brown shower gels, very comfortable beds. Situated right next to the Cathedral in Jerez. It is well worth staying here.
