Residence to the ‘Marquis of Santillana’ back in the 15th century, the building has now been carefully renovated into this delightful 5-star hotel. With such an intriguing history you will feel as if you have stepped back in time but with all the comforts of the present day. This hotel is simply amazing! Not only is it centrally located in the old city, but the interior brings you back to another period of history. Staff is very nice and attentive and the room met our expectations. Excellent hotel choice to take advantage of the old city, enjoy the grounds and visit around the region.

This typically-Cantabrian hotel is surrounded by verdant lawns, just 300 metres from the bars, restaurants and shops of Suances, on Spain’s Green Coast. Suances Beach is 250 metres away. There is a 24-hour gym and a seasonal outdoor hot tub. The property itself is beautiful, close to the beach with a short walk and easy access to main roads. The pool area is very relaxing for a drink or meal. Breakfast is fantastic and so is the staff.

Located in Torrelavega, 28 km from Puerto Chico, Helguera Palacio Boutique & Antique provides accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a fitness centre and a garden. Featuring a terrace, the 5-star hotel has air-conditioned rooms with a private bathroom. Guests can have a drink at the bar. We stayed in their feature room. Awesome. Grounds were beautiful. Spa was excellent. Service was very good. Food was great and we made use of the fireplaces each day.

We absolutely love the location close to wonderful streets for food, just around the corner from the cathedral, the view at the bell tower as well appointed very upscale, but approachable and extremely clean. We were traveling on a late train on the highway and we’re arriving too late for checking in -and the manager kindly was able to connect with us using WhatsApp and send us all the ways to get in the door and where the key would be left. He was absolutely superb, which reduced stress from a late train. We would certainly stay here again.

EVERYTHING! This is a 5 star rating for this incredible hotel. It is super luxe with AMAZING staff! The location is terrific with access to all that you need within 5 minutes. The decor is delightful! The bed was super comfortable and the suite was so spacious

Great position just off the N-621 and a short walk to the town of Ojedo where there are bars and restaurants. Private secure parking. The owners were excellent hosts - drank with us in the evening….amusing….interesting….had a very very pleasant stay. Room was large and clean. Nothing for me to complain about here. 5 stars.

We received a very warm welcome, it was our 3rd visit . The location is ideal, our room was quiet, comfortable and breakfast is really good, great selection, fresh and plentiful. The bathroom towels are luxurious and instand hot water. Also we came by bicycle and they always have a secure area for us to store them. The locatiation is perfect, central, near to the Ferry , parks, right on the sea front, restaurants, shopping and culture. 5 star service all round. Thank you so much.
