We had a lovely stay at the hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel very welcome. A special thank you to Sara at check-in – she was incredibly friendly and helpful, setting the tone for a great stay. Adam was also very kind and assisted us with our car, which we really appreciated. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean, and all the staff were extremely service-minded and attentive throughout our stay. The buffet offered a great variety of fresh, tasty food, and we especially enjoyed our meal at the Krystal restaurant – truly excellent! The location of the hotel is perfect, and the pool area was well-organized with plenty of available sunbeds. We especially liked the pergolas, which offered a nice shaded area to relax out of the sun.

All spacious, air-conditioned rooms and suites at Radisson Blu Resort Gran Canaria have modern décor. The elegant suites include a kitchen with an induction hob, microwave, oven and Nespresso coffee maker. Property was great! Nice staff and amazing views!

Thanks to the hotel’s unbeatable location, it offers spectacular views over a 6 km stretch of sand dunes and the ocean that bathes them. This 5-star hotel is flooded by daylight and has a functional and urban interior and décor. Daniela made check in a positive experience. The welcome drink is a blessing with the dehydration of travel. I had help with luggage so I could have heating / cooling system explained. I used both the pool and the gym.

Guest can also enjoy a cocktail in the piano bar Carabela and in the Alis Roof Top Bar. Everything, the place is beautiful, the staff were super friendly, the breakfast buffet was fantastic. One of the best hotels we've ever stayed at.

The accommodation provides a 24-hour front desk, airport transfers, a kids' club and free WiFi throughout the property. The Unique side was very good, warmed pool. Location very good. BUT we visited the hotel spa which was wonderful and really very nice ...unitil when we started to leave all my husbands belongings were taken from the locker- it just was empty, although we were almost the last very few guests there. The staff was not helpful at all and all of it was really very very strange. So it ruined our experience.

We had a fantastic 6-night stay at Paradisus by Meliá Gran Canaria. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The staff were consistently warm, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay. The food was outstanding, offering a great variety and high quality at every meal. The hotel was impeccably clean and beautifully maintained — everything was stylish and thoughtfully designed. We booked "The Reserve" experience, and it was absolutely worth it. Having access to a private pool and exclusive restaurants made our stay even more relaxing and special. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a more private and luxurious experience within the resort. Overall, the hotel met — and even exceeded — our expectations for an all-inclusive vacation.

Friendly, accommodating and caring. Facilities were great! Food in the restaurants was very tasty and various (healthy options included). Kids club included an animator, and she was so so nice organizing every day activities. My kid didn't want to leave.
