The units also have tea and coffee facilities, a minibar, free toiletries and bathrobes and slippers. We liked the staff: he was professional, polite, and proactive. He called us to double-check at what time we were arriving and to make sure we knew how to check in. We liked the room: it was huge, comfy, and had a sauna. The location is very relaxing in the woods, but at the same time it's a walking distance from Santa's office and reindeer.

Located within Santa Claus Village, Glass Resort is set in Rovaniemi. All apartments comes with floor-to-ceiling windows, sauna and a private outdoor hot tub. Santa Claus' Office is just a few minutes by foot. Everything was amazing: location, services, staff. The resort is beautifully sitting in the middle of the forest. Sitting in a hot tub surounded by trees and snow was experience for a lifetime.

The hotel is amazing, the staff is outstanding and overwhelmed. We enjoyed our stay from the first seconds. Even we came in a bad mood after bad experience in previous hotel, as soon as we enter the lobby - we were welcomed so nice, and the stay overall were amazing!!!! Will definitely come back!

The hotel is on a small island approachable through a bridge, it is picturesque. There is a "kota" (traditional Finnish building) restaurant where breakfast and dinner is served. The rooms are well equipped and confortable.

All air-conditioned igloos at Santa's Igloos Arctic Circle have a private bathroom with a rain shower. For extra comfort, sleeping masks, bathrobes and slippers are included. A flat-screen TV and electric kettle are also found in the rooms. Each igloo is equipped with a tablet through which guest can contact the reception and receive Northern Lights alarms. Few minutes walk from Santa Village Park. Igloos are very comfortable and high tech. I was very surprised to discover at reception that, as part of our booking, we had 1 main course for free at restaurant. The quality of the food was excellent and breakfast rich and of great mix of sweet and salty food.
