IT was an excellent hotel. Exceeded my expectations. I was flying from HELSINKI where i stayed at Radissons Blue. Post that experience it was such a warm welcoming experience with all facilities. u name it and you get it. For the first time, I saw my rooms getting cleaned on a daily basis. Excellent / awesome are few of the words i can use.

Location: The resort is just behind the Santa Claus village and very easy to reach all the attractions. Staff: The staff was very helpful and flexible. I had activity planned so they were very flexible in changing my dinner reservations. Also it was my wife's birthday and on request they made a birthday cake within a day! Room: The rooms are spacious and clean. The room had a private jacuzzi and sauna! Food: The dinner was included in the package and was of fine dining level.

My daughter really likes this wooden house and wants to stay here forever. Every afternoon from 4 to 6 o'clock, she can also enjoy a free Finnish sauna. The service is also very friendly, and the breakfast is also very delicious. Our family will stay here again next time we come
