Plenty of vegan options available for breakfast. The chef was happy to make us vegan pancakes each morning (chickpea based) which were delicious. Plenty of fruit, vegetables, cakes, yoghurt... the selection was amazing! The rooms were a good size, clean and comfortable. Beds were comfortable too. Great showers. Staff were all friendly, helpful and polite. Everything you need in a hotel. We didn't encounter any issues at all! Several nice bars just minutes away too for good quality beers.

The rooms were very clean and pretty. The breakfast was superb and we were looking forward to it every Morning.

Classy hotel in unique urban surroundings

Apartment is beautiful and the location near Kirjurinluoto and Eteläranta is superb. Shop is closeby and parking was easy to find. Huge balcony was a nice surprise as it adds almost an extra room during summer weather and our kids spent most of their time there. We spent the midsummers here with our kids and could walk to the huge playground Pelle Hermannin puisto easily. Eteläranta has nice views and restaurant boats and we got to see the midsummers bonfire there.

Location is superb. Kitchen was great, I loved the opportunity to store food into fridge and heat it in the kitchen. Free tea/coffee/hot chocolate. Bed was comfy. Curtains which were large enough to cover the window and lights at night. Friendly staff and good service. I arrived late, but key and entry were arranged. Thank you.

The staff and their service is superb - yes, an active human staff that even called me because of my slightly vague request i wrote on my reservation. I got a Stright A or 10+ service. Everything else was smooth and nice and fine, also.

Breakfast! The view on the Lake is very nice also the dinning room felt like in five star hotel. Personnel is very kind and food really good.
