We really enjoyed our stay, the room was beautiful and spacious, bathroom great, we had a small terrace which was also very nice. The hotel staff in all areas were very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent right at the start of Kaysersberg old town.

Great location. Secure and easily accessible to most sites. Amazing staff at all positions. Room was cleaned daily and linens refreshed.

Situated in the pedestrian area around Place Kléber, the historic Maison Rouge features ancient stained-glass windows and rooms decorated with individual character. This place has fully met our expectations. The stuff was very welcoming, friendly and attentive. The hotel room was clean and beautiful. The restaurant is a pearl of this place. We had an amazing dinner there. Staying in Maison Rouge was the best decision we made on my wife's birthday. Hope we'll come back one day.

Very helpful staff (especially - many thanks to Louise). Excellent breakfast. High quality restaurant for dinner. Great spa. Large outdoor pool and very special indoor pool. Heaven! We would definitely recommend for others and surely return by ourselves.
