Restoration of the building was superb and room very luxurious. How nice to stay in a room so tastefully decorated . Bed comfortable - balcony with view of cathedral and bathroom spacious.

5 star for evening meals

It's our third stay, and we've been lucky enough to experience three different impeccably decorated rooms in a classic chic style. Everything is immaculately clean and well cared for, with loving details that include cookies, chocolates, organic tea, scented candles, and top-quality bath products. An excellent choice for those with a taste for the finer things. The breakfast is also wonderful. We love it.

The room was excellent. Modern design with good furnishings. The bathroom was large and the condiments on offer were outstanding. The water pressure in the shower was superb and the quality of towels and bedding were very good. The breakfast was sumptuous and the staff were very. pleasant and engaging.

Location was superb - right in the centre of the historic town but quiet and secluded. Parking was easy and free in local carpark. Breakfast was superb! The room was beutifully equipped with luxury fittings and the bed (Whilst Small) was comfortable. The lounge area was spacious and bright, and

The host was five starts, and property is amazing. If you are staying around this area, I fully recommend staying here.

This is a recently refurbished hotel, and theyve done a great job. Its no luxury 5 star venue, but its perfect for what we wanted. If you look at Google maps, it looks like a poor hotel in a poor area, but the truth is it was a welcoming pit stop for us on our way back home to UK. Breakfast was much better than I expected, and the service was friendly and prompt. I think this will be my go to hotel in Calais in the future.
