Excellent luxury hotel right in the heart of the "City" of London. Beautiful, well-designed rooms. The staff were also very professional and courteous (as would be expected, but still - they seemed very well trained and managed). This is my new "go to" hotel in this part of town.

I felt safe and it was such an awesome mix of new and old with so much attention to detail. The children were treated so well and the amenities were incredible and plentiful.

While not situated in the city's heart, its proximity to a nearby bus stop made it conveniently accessible. The peaceful ambiance of the area made a leisurely 2-mile stroll to the city center quite appealing. Attention to detail was evident throughout, with pleasant and intriguing decor featuring soothing neutral tones. The spacious bathroom was a highlight, though I regretted not having more time to indulge in it. Overall, the atmosphere felt welcoming and hospitable, akin to being at home. I enthusiastically recommend this place for a delightful stay.

The hotel was exceptional thropughout, the room was well decorated and well maintained. The location was amazing with shops and cafes nearby and the city center within a couple of minutes walk
