InterContinental London - The O2 offers modern luxury on the Greenwich Peninsula. Guests can enjoy stylish accommodation with a spa, signature dining and rooms with views of the River Thames and The O2. The staff were amazing. They made you feel valued on every level. Polite, Hardworking, Friendly and Caring. The facilities were great. The spa was lovely, the breakfast at Market Brasserie was delightful with so much choice and the Eighteen Sky Bar was truly luxurious. We didn't get the chance to try out the other restaurants but we definitely would have if possible The hotel is perfectly located with only a 5min walk to the O2 and Subway. While the hotel room was really wonderful too. Very clean and very tidy with great views.

Montcalm East has 288 city-slicker rooms, split across eight categories. All are bathed in natural light, thanks to our building's distinctive diagonal windows; many boast floor-to-ceiling city views. Walls are decorated with collage-style artworks that riff on Shoreditch's street posters. Minibars continue the local spirit, stocked with an East End edit of drinks and treats. Great location to Moorfield’s Eye Hospital and to transportation.

Occupying levels 34-52, the Shangri-La Hotel The Shard, London offers 5-star luxury and breathtaking views of the capital and beyond. It features an exquisite restaurant and serves cocktails until late at the highest bar in London. Overall the stay was excellent with great location. However, as area of improvement, the deposit was a little higher than expected. Also, more options in SPA will be better.

At The Savoy you will find some of the London’s best-known restaurants and bars. Gallery, a vibrant space at the heart of the hotel is perfect for drinking and dining. The beautiful space seamlessly integrates contemporary style whilst remaining true to our much loved heritage. Innovative menus, carefully crafted by our talented culinary team, entice you in showcasing traditional recipes with a modern twist. Take the Savoy’s legendary afternoon tea in Gallery, in addition to breakfast, coffee, lunch, cocktail hour and dinner. During your visit, experience one of our three Gordon Ramsay restaurants, with a choice from Savoy Grill, The River Restaurant and Restaurant 1890. And make sure to spend time in the American Bar (widely regarded as one of the world’s best hotel bars) for a classic cocktail, or enjoy a character cocktail in the theatrical Beaufort Bar. The Christmas decorations at the Savoy were something from a fairy tale or a movie! The staff were some of the best we've ever experienced in any 5-star hotel - they consistently went above and beyond when we had the slightest wish. The whole experience was one of pure luxury, yet it was also relaxing. There wasn't an atmosphere of arrogance or privilege as one might fear in such hotels, and yet at the same time, the legend of the Savoy was felt everywhere. We appreciated being able to order a little Christmas tree for our room, as we spent Christmas Eve and Day there, and there were little chocolate-y surprises for us in our room, which made it extra special. We had booked at stay where breakfast was included, and it was so nice to just indulge in the generous selection every morning. It is no exaggeration that we consistently ate too much, as it was all of amazing quality. We had also booked a table for afternoon tea, which was likewise lovely, and we had booked at table at the American Bar, another popular destination for guests and outsiders as well, so booking is recommended. These all made the experience even better. The location is perfect for walking to all the sights of central London, as the hotel is situated between the Thames and Covent Garden, only a five-minute walk from either, and about a 15-minute walk from Trafalgar Square. This meant you didn't have to constantly take the Underground to go to places. We also walked to the Southside over the nearby Waterloo Bridge, from where we could see the London Eye and Big Ben, and we walked to St. Paul's Cathedral in the other direction.
