Mohammed at check-in was excellent. He was 5 stars on his own. The room had everything I needed Iron ironing board hair dryer. Very comfortable. Amazing how it was well located to a lot of links. Best thing it was attached to the mall. Free parking.

The breakfast was excellent and Sarah could not have made us feel more welcome. Her hospitality was 5 star. Location was great to a wedding we were attending at Cornhill Castle. Literally 5 minutes drive away. In the high street was an italian deli and we purchased a salad box to take away with us for the trip home on the train.

I traveled with my autistic daughter and the staff at breakfast went above and beyond to facilitate her needs. also from being greeted at reception at check-in to leaving the next morning the staff all had smiles and was very friendly. 5 out of 5 stars from me.
