Everything is new and clean, very cute and cozy rooms, breakfast is decent and is running until 14:00 which is convenient for those who likes to sleep in. Really really good value for its price. But the best thing is that the staff is very attentive, they went above and beyond to help me and all other guests with their needs and requests. Special thanks to Sergey and Boha, they’re the best. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to all my colleagues and friends, and will stay there myself every time when I visit Batumi.

Everyone from the staff perspective provided solid quality of the service. Separately, i wanna highlight 2 person which provided huge service: 1. Tornike from the rent of the ski equipment. 2. Demetre from the reception. This 2 guys made my family vacation deeply comfortable. One case: when i have requested glasses, for wine, i was asked: for red or white. In 5 minutes everything was on my table. There are only warm feelings about the Ambassadori. Feel, that we will come back.
