The apartment was spotless, very comfortable, and equipped with everything I needed. The location is perfect—close to everything yet quiet and relaxing. What made the experience truly special was the warm hospitality from Tamuna. She was extremely kind, responsive, and helpful throughout my stay, which made me feel very welcome. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Tamuna, for making my trip so enjoyable

The staff were friendly and helpful, and, for no particular reason that we could discern, the manager sent us a free bottle of Georgian white wine. The spa was well-run and clean. The buffet breakfast had a good variety of standard and local items.

The location is fantastic, in a quiet part of Bakuriani yet still within easy reach of the ski slopes. One of the highlights of my stay was the incredible dining experience at the hotel’s on-site Italian restaurant. The food was delicious. I couldn’t have asked for a better combo of comfort, great service, and amazing meals. it definitely made my stay memorable!
