Let’s start from walking in to the property and how welcoming and worming the reception was. Checking in was super fast going to the room was so inspiring and artistic. walking into the room was surprisingly beautiful and nice. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was very unique. Restaurant was really really good clean and nice atmosphere. Staff are really so friendly from front desks to the cleaners. It’s such a breathtaking taking hotel I would go back to tbilisi just for the hotel and to visit the staff again. Speechless I can’t even describe the smallest perfect details they have. LOVE IT.

There is a washing machine and utensils for cooking. I used bolt for transfer to/from Airport, cost around 15-20 Euro. Lots of nice cafes around, for central Tbilisi transfers Bolt can take you in 5min for couple of Euros. Very attentive staff - answered all questions almost immediately by whatsapp and booked a personal day transfer (to and back) to Gudauri ski resort for only 300 GEL.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. Stuff couldn't do more to accommodate all our needs and they were always smiling and ready to help. Check in was flawless and breakfast was fantastic. Lots of choice, fresh food, great coffee. Our room was on the 5th floor, not huge but enough for our needs, nicely decorated and housekeeping was fantastic. Spa was clean and not crowded and smoothies, water and cookies provided there was an extra highly appreciated touch. We never had to wait long for elevators and check out process was fast and smooth. Even if there is no parking, front door stuff made it possible to always have a space left for our car in front of the hotel. We just needed to hand them our key, so easy and comfortable for us during our whole stay.

This hotel is located in the north of Tbilisi, 5 km from Tbilisi Reservoir. Free Wi-Fi is featured at Golden Palace Hotel. Zao attendant was very nice and the hotel is very good.
