The Kempinski Hotel exceeded all my expectations, providing a royal experience from the moment their airport shuttle picked me up to when it returned me to the airport. Their services, food, and customer service were unparalleled. Throughout my week-long stay, every staff member, including those from the Lady in Red service, room service, laundry service, poolside, drivers, porters, greeters, security, dining room, and front desk, displayed top-notch professionalism. It was the perfect stay for my first visit to Ghana. While all interactions with the staff were exceptional, a few individuals truly stood out: Shuttle Drivers: - Hamza: I was all set and waiting at the airport when I arrived in Accra. I didn't have to lift a finger; Hamza cared for everything. He shared valuable information throughout my ride to the hotel and was incredibly informative! We had such a great time there (4 nights). Food was very delicious - also vegetarian options and food for small kids. Foster, one of the service personnel, was the kindest and always friendly and welcoming. The maintenance is superb and the place is very clean. If there is something one does not like, they try to fix it right away. We can 100% recommend and will definitely be back! Pool is always clean and the ocean and beach are just a few steps down from the hotel. Such a lovely place to calm down and escape the business of Accra!
