We got room number 14 which was very beautiful and big honestly compared to other hotels. I want to state one thing clearly, i have been to many hotels globally but this one in particular had something unique about it and the love and passion everyone has and the good taste to design those minute details is a hard job. Hats off to the owners and to the most amazing staff. A shout out to helena and aggelica the two chefs are great human beings and u can taste it with love they cook for you and prepare such tasty food made with fresh ingredients and a lot of locally sourced produce. Aggelica took care of us the first day and we had mentioned it was our honeymoon so they went an extra mile to mke our stay the best one! Nico also was very helpful and i had a great conversation with him on the last day and i felt like they all are friends that i have known for ages. Lastly kyriakos i hope i spelt your name correctly, thanks again for your politeness and patience. I heard all your stories and took a lot of inspiration and felt the bond you all share and hopefully i come visit next year and stay at NOT again. Its a boutique hotel with just 21 rooms but the attention to detail is impeccable. Check them out and try the amazing food they serve, the pies the lovely breakfast and also they offer this collab with the clumsies with the cocktails and really have an extensive menu with local drinks and beers.
