Manolis and Vasilis at the reception were super helpful with any of our questions and even arranged an emergency doctor's appointment. Dimitra's home baked cakes are a fantastic bonus to the already amazing breakfast and Demostenes welcome every morning charges you with extra energy! Clearly best hotel in Chania!
