Grand Serai Congress and Spa rooms are soundproofed and have air conditioning and a TV. The room was nicely decorated in a traditional, local style that gave it a unique touch. It was also very clean and well kept. I really enjoyed the breakfast buffet, especially the local pies and desserts. My favorite part of the stay was having coffee by the pool in the morning with the city view in the distance. I also appreciated the delicious welcome treats, and the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

Located 200 metres from Cathedral Church of Agios Athanasios, this hotel offers a fitness centre. Gallery of Epirus Studies Society is 400 metres from the property. We had a medical ill health issue and the staff organised a doctor and the receipt of medicine. We are not young and really valued them carrying our suitcases. Nothing was too much trouble. They looked after us with the greatest of care.
