Everything was perfect, the room itself has been very comfortable with its own pool. The suites being remote has actually increased privacy and comfort. The isolation is good you don’t hear anything from your neighbors. The broad availability of drinks is a plus, you drink cocktails as should be. The snacks offered at the pool and the beach are also delicious.

The modern rooms and suites of the Hotel Lucy have each a view of the sea or Kavala City. Modern amenities include a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and free wired internet access. Bathrooms come with a makeup/shaving mirror and a hairdryer. We loved this 5 star hotel right on the beach in Kavala. When we arrived, they upgraded our room to a junior suite which was delightful. We had a large king bed, and two balconies that overlooked the ocean. We were very close to the water's edge and could hear the waves crashing on the rocks below. Our view was beautiful, looking out over the water and the town of Kavala. The bed was comfortable. We had two comfy chairs, as well as a desk with a chair. The bathroom was roomy and well equipped. The room was spacious and so relaxing. It comes with a breakfast buffet which was varied and delicious. All the staff were very helpful and most of them spoke decent English. There was a nice market nearby to pick up some fruit and water and snacks. The staff would call for a taxi for us whenever we needed to go anywhere. The hotel itself is about a 5 minute drive from the city of Kavala, which is a very authentic Greek city and not overrun with tourists.
