The external area of the brand new 5-star hotel is covered by gardens, swimming pools and sun terraces. Everything was great and amazing at the hotel. We got a free room upgrade from suite to an actual house with a private pool. The staff was extremely polite and friendly without being over friendly. If it were up to me, I would not change anything. Food was really good and had plenty of options both at breakfast and dinner. It's the perfect place for relaxing and having a great time. Only problem is that you don't want to visit anything else while staying there.

The isolation is good you don’t hear anything from your neighbors. The broad availability of drinks is a plus, you drink cocktails as should be. The snacks offered at the pool and the beach are also delicious.

The modern rooms and suites of the Hotel Lucy have each a view of the sea or Kavala City. Modern amenities include a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and free wired internet access. Bathrooms come with a makeup/shaving mirror and a hairdryer. Everything, from the location to the staff and the breakfast. We are staying second year in the hotel and really enjoyed the outside pool. It has been cleaned every day. The maids are coming every day to do our beds and tidy the rooms. Breakfast was excellent, and the service in the restaurant and around the pool made us feel very homie. The beach is nice and quiet too. Very close to the city center. The food in the restaurant is perfect. Thank you so much to all the staff who looked after us during our stay we definitely will come again next year.

We were often asked if everything was good or if anything else was needed. We are truly happy with our stay and will recommend the hotel to everyone!!!
