The views, all the nooks and crannies, the food, the access to the lake water, and the plant in flora life surrounding it all. It is, by far the nicest place i've ever stayed.

It is a beautiful hotel with a fantastic view on the lake and the volcanoes. Quiet places give you the possibility to rest and the garden also allows you to walk, relax and enjoy flowers and birds around. The personnel are very kind and patient. Rooms are clean, comfortable and the view is very nice.

What amazing hotel. This was my second time in Atitlan and last time I made the mistake of staying in a larger village. This time I chose a smaller village and Aviva hotel, and it was the perfect choice. The room was incredible, comfy bed, stunning views, tasty coffee and a terrace to relax. And the breakfast was sooo good. Run, don't walk to stay here if you visit lake atitlan.

Staff is very attentive since the very begging. The house is magical. It has several different areas where you can relax or havings meals. Our experience was truly amazing. Food is good, but no amazing but is always well presented. You cant miss the JC french toast, that is the best french toaste ive ever had. Wine list is small but good. Juan Carlos, Ariel y Maria were wonderful

This 5-star hotel offers a 24-hour front desk and a concierge service. the property have everything you needed right there. nice pool and right can walk right up to lake for great swimming area. has nice rooms with large shower heats and hot water. hot tubs were nice when you told them enough time to get warmed up. restaurant has really great cocktails and the best pizza I have had in Central America. has a game room. staff was super accommodating and helped me with everything and even let me check out late. would definitely recommend and stay here again. wifi is good.

This place is SO gorgeous. The views from the restaurant and the patio were amazing and what a place to relax with a drink/ cup of tea and a book, in a hammock. I didn’t want to leave! The yoga was really good, the family dinners such a nice easy way to socialise. The volunteers were all really friendly. Nice social activities. Easy to get to and around the lake.

Allowed us to check out late and leave our luggage whilst we explored. We then missed our boat to Panajachel and they let us stay an extra night with no hassle. Very comfy mattress, good wifi and super clean
