Excellent service, the staff are always ready to help, and the room was spacious with a great view. It so happened that we came for a vacation right when a typhoon hit, but all the hotel services were running as usual, including several restaurants, so we had plenty to do. Thank you very much!

I had a high-level king room with harbour view. The room was spacious, clean, modern, very quiet, tastefully decorated and very well-designed. I enjoyed the hotel's outdoor pool very much too. Grand Hyatt is linked to Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre (HKCEC) which means walking to the MTR is so easy and it doesn't matter if it rains because you'll be under the roof the entire time. Calling an Uber is so easy too because Grand Hyatt is a popular spot where drivers pick up and drop off passengers all the time. Staying at Grand Hyatt made my stay in Hong Kong a perfect holiday.

I really appreciated that the hotel staff were friendly without being overly solicitous. The concierge, the front desk were very helpful and attentive. I really enjoyed every aspect of the stay. Breakfast had excellent variety and great taste. Checkout was seamless and quick. Overall, I would return again and again for this kind of service.
