The facilities, the beach, the breakfast buffet, the staff very kind and friendly, always willing to assist us. Really nice resort and excellent service. The location is a bit far from the old town, however in high season, we appreciated to be far from the crowds. There is a hotel shuttle to old town that costs 8 euro per person - very convenient.

Built in 1921 and completely restructured in 2015, the Hotel Park Split is a traditional first-class hotel in the centre of Split, right next to the famous Bačvice beach. The hospitality was whatever every guest wants. They took really good care of me when I was very tired that day gave me fresh tea and extra fan to call the room and they gave me a complementary massage. I felt very grateful and well taken care of the breakfast area was so nice in the morning, and the staff was very helpful. Coming to the table whenever something needs to be done And at dinner time I had a steak and it was delicious then with the perfect cherry pistachio dessert that was recommended by the waiter.

Featuring a large spa area with a year-round indoor pool and seasonal outdoor pools offering panoramic sea views, this 5-star hotel is a 15-minute walk away from Dubrovnik's Old Town. KARLO at reception was an inspiration with all his enthusiasm and knowledge of the history of the area and got us all excited to get going on our planned intenary. We enjoyed the area and loved Old Town. As newbies to Croatia we asked a few questions and he happened to be at reception, and more than happy to go far and beyond assisting us with our queries and provided so much more than we expected. He is a gem to have for new tourists as it is sometimes awkward to ask questions in English but he was fluent in English, his knowledge of all of Croatia was incredible, he even recommended other towns we needed to see, (which we did) and made us feel very welcome. We are so glad that we added Dubrovnik to our list of places to visit. The hotel is beautiful and met all expectations.

Hotel in a beautiful setting. The rooms are large and the staff is friendly. Large bathrooms, all clean. Great choice at breakfast and dinner. Comfortable bed, only the pillow was uncomfortable. Spa area with Finnish and aroma sauna, indoor and outdoor pools with sun beds. Everything was perfect.
