I originally had a great impression of this hotel — the staff at check-in were very warm and polite. However, the blonde waitress at the breakfast restaurant on April 16 had a very poor attitude. My friend and I ordered a few items from the menu, and she acted very impatient. Is there a limit on how much we can order? If so, we’re totally fine with following the rules — just let us know directly. There’s no need to give us a cold attitude or look annoyed every time she comes over.

We enjoyed our clean and bright room. Hotel is close to the centrum. On my birthday evening we had a dinner in the hotel restaurant and ordered Chef's special menu (4 dishes) - it was very very tasty and more than enough :) A lovely surprise from the restaurant chef was our evening's "cherry on the cake". Definitely recommend this hotel.

Situated in the heart of Zagreb’s business district, only 2 km from the city centre, DoubleTree by Hilton Zagreb features elegantly decorated rooms and suites, an indoor pool, a Turkish bath and a... The cleanliness was 11 out of 10 :) Staff is super helpful and kind. I am a smoker so I love that there is a dedicated space for coffee and cigarettes. Also, since I travel by car, parking in the garage is a valuable feature for me. Will stay here every time I come to Zagreb.

This 5-star hotel in Zagreb is within walking distance to the centre and outdoor cafés. The Westin offers free internet access and houses the World Class Health Academy spa centre. Breakfast was awesome. there was a huge amount to choose from! and the staff was so nice and welcoming. My mother accidentally spilt a drink on the floor when we first arrived and they were so kind in helping us clean it up!
