Me and my niece stayed at Renaissance Bali Nusa Dua Resort from 03 to 06 October 2023. From the moment we stepped at the facility, Indah (the front desk officer) was very professional, courteous and friendly. Same thing can be said to Riaz, who was very pleasant when we discussed a day tour going to Ubud. The sumptuous breakfast buffet is one of the best I've experienced, travelling the world. Your staff makes it all more memorable and wonderful. Will definitely recommend your property to my friends and colleagues.

Free WiFi is available in all public areas. the hotel was amazing with the ocean view. very spacious & clean room . the bed was very comfortable. the staff were so friendly and welcoming. the location is very nice and very close to everywhere . so many restaurants are closed to the hotel. the pool was very nice and relaxing. the breakfast was very good and has so many variety of food. the view from the restaurant was amazing. we had enjoyed every second in our stay. thank you for making our stay memorable 🥰

It was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very kind and helpful and always available on whatsapp. The facilities arr great. There is a cinema room and a massage treatment room. We enjoyed the massage. The fitness room is also very good with 2 cardio machines and a squat rack with free weights and pullup bar. This is great for fitness enthusiasts. The room was big and comfy with a small terrace and pool, all very private. The food and drinks were also good, we had breakfasts at the hotel. They also arranged scooter for us in advance. Kardi was the lead staff also very helpful and available for any requests. The location is very quiet a little off road, but very closeby 15-30 min to becah clubs, Uluwatu centre, jimbaran bay etc. You will need a scooter or some way of transport to get around

Everything about my stay was beyond amazing — the service, the food, the cleanliness, and every single staff member was respectful and professional. I will definitely come back again. I would like to especially thank Fira from the reception — she was very helpful, kind, and always had a warm smile. Also, Heni, the waitress, made every breakfast special. She always went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. My rating for the hotel: a million out of 100.

Sanata Luxury Villa ở Canggu cung cấp chỗ nghỉ 5 sao có hồ bơi ngoài trời và khu vườn. Chỗ nghỉ này nằm cách Bãi biển Berawa 8 phút đi bộ, Đền Petitenget 5.8 km và Trạm xe buýt Ubung Bus Station 10... Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was nice. Overall i liked everything. Would recommend. Definitely good value.
