After staying at Renaissance in Cancun, I was expecting the one in Nusa Dua to be as great, and I was not disappointed. Spent 8 nights at the hotel and my Birthday was a week away when we checked in. They made me feel special every day before my Birthday. Sindu, Alit and Arys were super helpful at the restaurant and treated me with goodies. 🙂 Hendri made a really tasty affogato at the bar and all in all the restaurant staff were ALL super friendly and helpful. Just could not remember everybody's name ☺️ Room service was amazing too. Fresh towels, immaculate room every day. Gede the pool guy was friendly and helpful too, enjoyed a conversation with him, very ambitious young man! I am definitely going back to this hotel.

My husband had sprained and twisted his knee - the staff brought multiple ice packs up to him. The hotel was elegant; location was superior; room/bath/patio were very large and well appointed. Staff could not have been more helpful.

The Magani Hotel and Spa is located in between downtown Kuta and Legian area, a 3-minute walk from Kuta Beach. It offers a spa and outdoor swimming pool. Amazing location, staff more than helpful and just generally lovely people. Super clean and facilities were fantastic. Breakfast was delicious as was our dinner and we loved the drag queen show! Very lovely property and we’d definitely choose to stay here again!

The most complete hotel I've ever stayed at. I loved the staff; everyone is so polite, friendly, and helpful. I loved the rooftop, the pool, and the activities. The breakfast is worth it; they don't skimp on serving you more, the hygiene, the location, and the security. The room is comfortable, pretty, clean, and always has a great ocean view. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was beautifully designed and spotlessly clean, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I especially loved the many lovely spots perfect for taking great photos – truly a dream! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, adding to the overall great atmosphere. Even though we arrived late at night, someone was immediately there to welcome us at the door. I also felt very safe throughout the stay, as there was always staff available. The location is also fantastic, with many cafes nearby. Plus, with a scooter, you're just 5 minutes away from the beach, cafes, restaurants, and clubs – everything is so easily accessible! Everything was perfect, and I’d love to come back. Thank you for such an amazing stay!😊
