They were also very helpful, sharing great tips on things to do in Bali and Ubud, as well as where and how to travel. The massage we tried was excellent, and the yoga session was both interesting and beginner-friendly—perfect for us since we’d never done it before. The pool was clean, refreshing, and a great place to relax.

Our room/suite was one of the nicest hotel rooms and baths that we have stayed in, irregardless of price. My husband had sprained and twisted his knee - the staff brought multiple ice packs up to him. The hotel was elegant; location was superior; room/bath/patio were very large and well appointed. Staff could not have been more helpful.
