We had massages and a facial and it was extremely relaxing, clean and the staff gave me one of the best I have experienced in a very long time. When we asked for vegetarian or vegan options, they were happy to accommodate. The staff were incredibly friendly, always smiling in a way that felt genuine, not forced. They were also very helpful, sharing great tips on things to do in Bali and Ubud, as well as where and how to travel. The massage we tried was excellent, and the yoga session was both interesting and beginner-friendly—perfect for us since we’d never done it before. The pool was clean, refreshing, and a great place to relax.
