Yuri, in reception, was exceptionally helpful and kind. She was able to find solutions and options to fit our needs. Also, our driver, Ketut, went above and beyond as a skilled driver and well-informed guide in English as well. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Outstanding breakfast, comfortable beds, wonderful massages, and tastefully decorated hotel.

Also the breakfast there was best I ever had. It is pre-order which was first a bit strange for me but I understood when I got my breakfast - a perfectly cooked meal including nice presentation is what you can expect. The facilities are clean and well maintained.

Enjoy the place with no rush life. During our stay, the hotel spa was closed. However, we had massages in our rooms from the freelance therapist. The baliness massage was superb and worth every single cent. The rate was just around $12/hr. The food was good. Everything was excellent for 4 of us. We're very happy.
