The staff is very warm and welcoming and they attend to each of your needs proactively and with a smile. My Wife’s birthday was 3 days after we check out. They still decorated the room and the chef got us a cake and the whole staff came to wish her birthday. He Property is also extremely well maintained. Rice terrace views are great. The private heated pool and steam bath was a bonus. Luxury redefined. Would highly recommend this.

Enjoy the place with no rush life. During our stay, the hotel spa was closed. However, we had massages in our rooms from the freelance therapist. The baliness massage was superb and worth every single cent. The rate was just around $12/hr. The food was good. Everything was excellent for 4 of us. We're very happy.
