Everything here was perfect, in fact it became one of the highlights of our Bali trip. The staff is amazingly friendly and young, the facilities, the room, and the food as well as its presentation is great. We stayed in a pool access suite, which was very spacious, and came along with afternoon tea, where they serve authentic Balinese Cakes. We liked the food so much that we ended up ordering in the room a few times. They also provide drop service to the city center which was very helpful! Would definitely recommend this for any romantic or family vacation.

Situated a few minutes' away from central Ubud, Bisma Eight - CHSE Certified offers spacious contemporary rooms with traditional Japanese soaking tub. Breakfast was amazing, and so were the spa and the 100 minute deep-tissue massage. Loved the pool in our private villa, and although not in the villas, the restaurant at Bisma Eight Hotel was the best meal I had in Bali.

Very friendly and always smiling staff. Super comfortable and spacious rooms with a comfy bed. A lot of green plants in the hotel and next to the pool. The fridge and snacks are refilled every day. Also, housekeeping is done twice a day. Hotel located slightly outside of Ubud so it's a quiet place. In general outstanding hotel with awesome design.

It was the best hotel we ever stayed in. Everything was on the highest level. The beautifull room , the comfortable bed, the stunning bathroom with great shower, the big stone outside bath, private pool , the lovely food ( the food... best we ate in indonesia , big thanks to the chef and the staff )and the most proffesional and kind staff. You really feel like a celebrety there. We did also a coocking class and it was super fun! We get a lot of tips and end up having an amazing lunch self made, offcourse with help of our cook teacher:) The amazing whole day breakfast and free shuttle to centrum ubud is a nice touch. If you walk to the right and then again right from the hotel you wil reach some pretty rice fields and few local shops. There is also a place with beautifull rice terraces ( sort of Alas Harum but smaller) near by, like 15 min walk same way called " U fun field". We enjoyed every moment in this hotel and will come back for sure when in Bali again.
