It was a very welcome island of calmness and relaxation in a hustling city. The staff was very friendly. The room was clean and spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. Loved the two pools to relax and have a drink with a view. Make sure to check out the fantastic gym. In hindsight, we would have booked including breakfast as the buffet looked pretty delicious.

The room was very spacious, the view from the room was amazing, you can sky the skyline of Jakarta from there and the windows were quite wide and open which made the view even better .. the staff is amazing and really helpful .. the SPA was amazing as well, the facilities are so new so we could enjoy everything

Henshin combines Japanese-Peruvian fine dining with a fantastic view of the city from the top three floors. Cocktails with modern mixes can also be enjoyed at the alfresco rooftop bar. The peace and cleanliness of the hotel was nice to come back to after the busy city. The rooms are well equipped and have a very comfortable large bed. Every staff member was very pleasant and smart with a warm smile. The dining area was very nice with a great selection for all tastes and nationallities. The staff show pride in their work and it really does make a difference. We cannot rate this hotel enough and if we were ever in Jakarta again, would definitely stay here. Keep up the good work!

Offering views of the city, the rooms at Four Seasons Hotel Jakarta are equipped with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV and a coffee machine. It features a separate seating area, a spacious walk-in closet and a private bathroom with a bath and hot/cold shower. breakfast was exquisite, they let us bring some of the food back to our room because my brother was feeling unwell and had to leave breakfast early. I hurt myself swimming and the staff couldn’t be more helpful providing 1st aid. room was huge, plenty of amenities, they truly live up to the 5 star standard. just overall great
