The welcoming "ceremony" was memorable and since we booked a suite our checked in was done in a special lounge area for suite guests. This lounge area is perfectly decorated with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. We then got upgraded to Premiere Suite which was superb. One thing we noticed from day one is the present of soothing aromatherapy everywhere in the hotel. Could you let me know what aromatherapy is that? Furthermore the choices of food and beverages are diverse and delicious. We do aware that the food price is rather high but this is worth it since the food and drinks are of high quality. Additionally, given the hotel's location and its 5 stars status the price of the food and beverages are not exorbitant. We love the location and environment of the hotel.. It was an unforgettable vacation for both of us and we are looking forward to come back to Plataran Bromo!

The en suite bathroom with a bathtub is stocked with a hairdryer, slippers and free toiletries. The atmosphere was unique and full of character — I loved the artistic interior, warm hospitality, and the beautiful garden by the pool. Everything felt thoughtful and serene.
