What truly made the experience exceptional was the staff. Every single person we interacted with was warm, friendly, and genuinely attentive. It's easily one of my all-time favorite hotel/resort stays. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing getaway.

The hotel has a good view and the restaurant tastes great! All the service staff are very enthusiastic and meet all our needs! Many projects introduced by the hotel, such as sea fishing, snorkeling, going to uninhabited islands at sunset, catching lobsters, etc., are very interesting! I'm looking forward to going to Innit Lombok again next holiday.

As other reviews have mentioned, the location isn’t close to major attractions, but it makes it also very tranquil and relaxing. The hotel offer a free shuttle to their beach club in Senggigi and motorbike rentals for 150k per day. Grab is also readily available. We used their laundry service, which was very good and cost 27k per kg.

We stayed in the Santorini North rooms, which offered a breathtaking sea view… it truly felt like a dream. The beach is literally right in front of the rooms, making the whole experience even more magical. Waking up to the sound of the waves and watching the sunset from our terrace was just perfect. The atmosphere is peaceful, the setting is idyllic, and every detail of the resort invites you to relax. A special thank you to the staff, who were incredibly kind, helpful, and always made us feel welcome. A true slice of paradise… we couldn’t recommend it more!
